This Agreement governs your access to and use of the lte4d platform. Please read it carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

| "Wager" / "Bet" | Any stake placed on a sports event, casino game, togel (numbers lottery) draw, or any other gaming product available on the Platform. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal processing, including submission of a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP). |
| "Responsible Gaming Tools" | Self-limit features available within Account Settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion. |
| "Prohibited Jurisdiction" | Any country or territory from which access to the Platform is blocked, restricted, or otherwise not permitted under applicable law. |
| "IDR" / "Rp" | Indonesian Rupiah — the sole currency in which Wallet Balances are denominated on the Platform. |
By registering an Account on lte4d, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and remain met throughout the duration of your Account:
Each User may hold only one Account on the lte4d Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Bonus Balances held within them. lte4d reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts at its sole discretion.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all Account details and for notifying lte4d promptly of any change to your registered information, including a change of bank account number or e-wallet identifier used for withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passcode (OTP) with any third party. lte4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to secure your credentials.
lte4d reserves the right to refuse Account registration, suspend an existing Account, or close an Account permanently, with or without prior notice, where lte4d has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility conditions have not been met or that the Account poses a risk to Platform integrity.
lte4d is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing any withdrawal. The KYC verification process requires submission of the following documents:
KYC documents are reviewed within 1–3 business days (WIB). If additional documents are requested, you will be notified via the email address registered to your Account. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC is fully approved. lte4d processes and stores all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
5.1 Deposits. lte4d accepts deposits denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. lte4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own standard inter-bank or inter-wallet transfer charges.
5.2 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawals may be requested at any time via the Platform's withdrawal interface, subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Balances; and (c) the withdrawal not being flagged for security review. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
5.3 Processing Time. lte4d endeavours to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during standard WIB banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours, or requests routed to banks that do not support 24-hour real-time transfers, may take up to 24 hours. lte4d does not guarantee processing times for inter-bank transfers dependent on third-party banking infrastructure.
5.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or wallet from which the deposit was made, unless otherwise approved by the lte4d compliance team following a documented request. Third-party withdrawal destinations are not permitted.
5.5 Declined Withdrawals. lte4d reserves the right to decline, hold, or reverse a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, Account manipulation, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, lte4d will notify the User and may request additional verification documentation.
6.1 General. lte4d offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of any inconsistency between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Balances are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30×") applied to the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 subject to a 30× wagering requirement requires total wagers of Rp 3.000.000 before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
6.3 One Bonus Per Account. The welcome bonus is available once per verified Account, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim welcome bonuses across multiple Accounts will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
6.4 Abuse and Manipulation. lte4d reserves the right to void bonus credits and associated winnings, and to close an Account, where there is evidence of: systematic low-risk wagering designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine game engagement ("bonus abuse"); use of prohibited betting strategies in conjunction with bonus funds; or use of automated tools, scripts, or bots.
6.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus credits that are not activated or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Wallet Balance without compensation.
7.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on the Platform are settled in accordance with lte4d's Sports Betting Rules, published in the Platform's help section. lte4d reserves the right to void bets where: an obvious pricing error has occurred; the event has been subject to material irregular betting patterns; or the event result is subsequently changed by the relevant governing body.
7.2 Live / In-Play Betting. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at lte4d's discretion. Bets accepted prior to suspension stand; bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected. lte4d is not liable for connection issues that prevent a User from placing, modifying, or withdrawing an in-play wager.
7.3 Casino and RNG Games. All random number generator (RNG) based games use independently certified RNG software. Results are final once a game round is completed. In the event of a disconnection mid-round, the Platform will resume from the last verifiably saved game state upon reconnection.
7.4 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted according to the draw schedule and rules published on the Platform. Winning numbers are final as published. lte4d does not accept claims based on alleged errors in a User's number selection after a ticket has been confirmed.
7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game type and betting market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game interface or market view. lte4d reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lte4d Platform. Any User found to be engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their Wallet Balance forfeited, and their activity reported to relevant authorities:

All content on the lte4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of lte4d or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in any lte4d intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any lte4d content without prior written authorisation from lte4d. Unauthorised use of lte4d intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lte4d makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
11.2 lte4d shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) your failure to comply with these Terms; (b) any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own conduct; (c) interruptions to Platform availability caused by third-party infrastructure including banking systems, e-wallet providers, or telecommunications networks; (d) force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, regulatory intervention, or network-wide cyber incidents.
11.3 In no event shall lte4d's aggregate liability to any User exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits lte4d's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial contract law as applied by lte4d's licensing jurisdiction. lte4d operates under international licensing standards and acknowledges that online gaming laws vary across jurisdictions, including Indonesia.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English. Pending the outcome of arbitration, each party shall continue to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
Nothing in this clause prevents lte4d from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm to the Platform.
lte4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, via email to registered Users. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure via the support channels listed in Section 14.
